Bibliographic information about the Eurographics conference

Since 1992, Eurographics is published as Computer Graphics Forum, volume <year - 1981>, n 3.
[Doe05] Doe, J.: Zen and the art of Computer Graphics, Computer Graphics Forum (Proceedings of Eurographics 2005), vol. 24, n 3 (2005), 187-198.

Before 1991, this agreement wasn't valid, but I'm not sure of what else was in place, if anything.

Only the scientific papers published at Eurographics are published in Computer Graphics Forum. Short papers, State-of-the-art-reports, tutorials... are not. For them, you should use @inproceedings.
